This form is used when there is a violation of the By-Laws and/or Rules & Regulations.  Form is to be used by any Board member.  However, any Unit owner/renter that sees a violation happening, may help us police the situations.  Download the form and fill it out to the best of your ability.  Take a picture of the violation, write down all the information you can such as who, where, when and what time of day.  Then contact a Board Member, and they will take care of presenting the notice in the proper manner.
